Course Summary
Let's understand the science of Diseases, disorders and distress. Apart from genetic issues most of the diseases, disorders and distress are the creation of our mind. If we get a clue how this works then we can come out of the suffering. If one experiences Mediation in the right way he/she can reverse issues by digging the root cause of suffering. Any chaos if kept inside unprocessed for a long time, they get converted into toxins. These toxins in absence of any release get reflected in Physical body as diseases, in Mental body as disorders and at Emotional body as distress. By practicing all these we can avert a lot of lifestyle diseases and disorders. Regular practice resets the energy and doesn't allow the toxins to settle in by releasing them on a daily basis.
